The shoe is great and comfortable. This is my third pair of
Van's and I have no regrets. They last long, hell I'm still
wearing my first pair that I have. I use it with just casual
wear and be warned when I got my shoe the color was darker
that what I expected. I actually prefer what I got though.
The one real con here was it is just a little too long.
That's it though.

My son picked out these Chukka lows for longboarding. The
first thing he commented is how comfortable they are. I
tried them on, and they felt great on. The extra padding and
the style makes them good not only for longboarding, but for
casual wear as well.

I wish these were offered in a smaller size. I'm a woman,
and I need a size 5.5 in men's. The women's Chukka Low's
don't have the tan gum sole heel like the men's do, and it
makes me jealous. I'm probably going to buy a pair that's a
size bigger, just to have the look I want of my skate shoes.

This shoe is great. I love vans, and I've skated in them
since I was six. I got the Chima Ferguson Navy, Red, White
colorway. The shoes were great. They lasted me 8 months,
whereas my Fallens are already worn out. They have great
grip, good feel on a board, but they are a little
uncomfortable around the heel. These shoes are also great
for casual wear (the girls like them). I do both bowl
skating and street skating, and these shoes work great with
both. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. I also love
the waffle grip. Sticks to your board like glue.

Definitely one of the best pairs I've owned. I currently
have a burgundy suede pair and the feel this shoe provides
has my inward heelflips looking better than ever. However,
for street skating and competitive skating i would recommend
not getting canvas and sticking with suede because the
canvas pair i had prior to this ripped all over before the
sole even wore down.
